How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the EU. For Estonia and Latvia, typically 2–4 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over €60. A flat shipping fee applies for orders below €60.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt in its original, unwashed condition.

How do I start a return?
Email us at info@naturalusdrabuziai.lt with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you use?
We use 100% natural materials — linen, wool, and hemp. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, free from harmful substances.

How do I care for my garment?
Wash at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle. Natural fibres soften beautifully with washing. Do not tumble dry.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. When in doubt, size up — natural fabrics can shrink slightly after first wash.

Can I change or cancel my order?
